i simply cannot believe the noise from the restaurant kept me up till late, despite them knowing about my early morning flight. the staff suggested moving, like it woudl ve been easy to pack everything at 10pm. also, no complimentary breakfast? for the price, i expected a bit more. was almost going to give a good review but just couldn’t.

I had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler. The reception was open 24 hours, making it so convenient for my late arrival. I enjoyed the gourmet Guatemalan dishes served at the restaurant on-site, which was a highlight of my trip. The area is safe to explore at night and is filled with various eateries. It wasn’t too far from some local attractions like Museo Popol Vuh and La Aurora Zoo.

I was very disappointed with the noise from the restaurant, which was particularly disruptive. Despite informing the staff about my early flight, the music played well into the night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The absence of a fridge in the room added to my frustrations, as I had hoped to store some snacks and drinks during my stay.
